Did you know that the Red Deer Christmas Bureau provides three new books to each child every year? With the help of retired school teachers, the Red Deer Christmas Bureau is the first and only Christmas Bureau to offer a library for lifelong learning and success.  

Reading is the most effective way to ignite a child’s imagination, build a strong foundation for their cognitive skills, and assist them in developing their communication skills. Good communication skills provide an essential element for healthy relationships. 

We work closely with organizations including Indigo, the Red Deer Public Library, and new and used bookstores to provide appropriate books for each age group.
