The Outkast Toy Run is a special event held at Parkland Mall parking lot that combines classic cars, community spirit and holiday giving. Cash and toys are collected to donate to the Red Deer Christmas Bureau. These funds are used towards the programs offered by the Red Deer Christmas Bureau.
